CONSIGNMENT POLICIES

We take both women’s and men’s clothing in like new condition. For women, top sizes XS-3XL and pant sizes 0-24 are accepted. For men, shirt sizes S-3XL and pant sizes 28-42 are accepted.
We also accept shoe sizes 6-11 for women and 7-14 for men.
Other items accepted include designer handbags, gold and silver jewelry, designer jewelry, better costume jewelry, and some handmade jewelry.
We take all seasons all the time. Whatever season we are not currently selling will be put into storage and brought out in the next season.
Each item is a 50/50 split between the store and the consignor once the item sells. Your half will go into your account.
Acceptance and pricing will be at our discretion. Our decisions are final, including necessary reductions in price.
There are no pick-up dates or cut off dates for your clothing. We keep your clothing until it sells.
We reserve the right to dispose of, without liability, any items deemed unsellable. Some examples are stains, broken zippers, moth holes, and out of style clothing.
We are not responsible for loss or damage for any reason. All items are left at the owner’s risk.
Payment on sold items may be picked up in store by the consignor. Due to the large number of consignors, we recommend checking your account once a month. Money for sold clothing stays in the account for 1 year. Money not picked up after 1 year will be considered abandoned by the consignor and will become property of Curated Closet.

Go through your closet! You need to have at least 20 acceptable items to open an account. If you have higher ticket items like designer bags or shoes, that minimum may be negotiated. We recommend that you bring more than 20 as we are selective on what we take, and there is no maximum.
No items with stains, rips, missing buttons, or any unpleasant odors like cigarette smoke, moth balls, mildew, etc. will be accepted. Please ensure your items are clean before consigning.
We do not accept formal wear. We may accept some semi-formal.
All consignment is taken by appointment only. We accept appointments Monday-Saturday from 10am-5pm every hour on the hour.
All items should be brought in on hangers that you won’t get back.
We are selective with brands and styles. Items must be in style when consigning. Some high-quality and desirable vintage pieces may be taken. Please understand styles can change and not all items you bring in will be accepted. Items we consider to be slow selling will not be taken to consign.
